		<description><![CDATA[People forget history.  Prohibition against alcohol failed, yet many think we can prohibit various drugs and succeed.  It would seem to make more sense to legalize all drugs and then have some government supervision for health reasons, just as they do with prostitution in the Netherlands.  If we find that legalization leads to increased use and ill effects, we could go back and make the drug illegal.  But, by outlawing many drugs that many people want, we have opened up the way for criminals and drug gangs to operate, just as Prohibition did for alchohol.]]></description>
